Beginner-Friendly Yoga & Yoga Sculpt based Personal Training
Small, supportive sessions in a relaxed space in Haughley, Stowmarket, Suffolk.🙏 Reiki sessions are 45 minutes long and cost £30.
A short taster session is available of 20 minutes for £20.

What to bring?
Please bring your own mat and any props, like a towel or blanket to put under your knees or bum. I’ll have spares but not many.What to expect.
My classes are chillled and inclusive so I’ll do my best to adapt poses to your specific needs or give you alternatives. There will be some strength and balancing in there for those who can do that but I don’t expect you to be a contortionist.Can you do yoga on your period?
Yes of course, in actual fact it’s very beneficial and inversions are even fine, as long as you’re happy to do them. It’s always about what feels good for you 😊.
